We offer a complimentary assessment (aka your Gringo Glow-Up) to help you understand your current skills and set goals for growth. From there, we'll help you identify how "spicy" you want your classes to be, from novice to advanced, and point you towards your best options.

A desktop or laptop computer will definitely work best, but a tablet or smartphone will work in a pinch. We use Butter for online classes, and our Community Hub keeps everything organized.

By joining the Gringo Language Academy community, you are not only agreeing to our policies and use of session-based cookies, but also to those Terms and Conditions, cookie usage, etc. that our third-party partners may choose to employ to provide their services as offered through Gringo Language Academy.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before your renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Renewal Reminders: A renewal reminder will be sent to your email prior to the renewal date. These reminders are sent via our payment processor, Stripe, and will include instructions on how to manage or cancel your subscription.
Pricing increases: Any pricing increases will take effect as of July 4 of the current year, and will be announced at least one month prior in writing. They will not impact current billing cycles, but rather all future billing from that point.
We are proud to offer gift memberships to those wishing to give the Gift of Language. These, once purchased, are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. They do not require the recipient to enter any payment information and do not renew automatically; the recipient can choose to continue or not at the end of their gifted term.
At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing this privacy policy.
If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
